Download the BD Pigeon Hub app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, then tap Join Free on the welcome screen. Alternatively, visit bdpigeonhub.com/auth/register/ on the web. Registration is free and only takes a minute.
On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Once you are logged in: (1) Add the pigeon to your flock via My Pigeons → Add Pigeon. (2) Go to Marketplace → Sell a Pigeon and select that pigeon. (3) Fill in the price, location, and district. Your listing will go live immediately. Listing is always free — we charge no commission.
BD Pigeon Hub is a listing platform — we do not process payments. Once a buyer and seller agree on a price, they arrange payment directly via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The buyer then enters the transaction ID (TXN ID) on the platform as a record. The seller verifies receipt in their own mobile banking app. BD Pigeon Hub is not responsible for payment disputes.
When you upload a photo, our system analyses the image's technical data (EXIF metadata and compression patterns) to estimate how much the image may have been digitally edited. A green 📷 Raw badge means the photo appears to be straight from a camera. An orange or red ✏️ X% edited badge suggests the photo may have been processed with editing software. This is a transparency feature to help buyers trust what they see — it is not a definitive forensic judgment.
Sellers can list a pigeon in a timed auction with a starting price and optional reserve price. Registered users can place bids — each bid must meet or exceed the minimum increment. If a bid is placed in the final minutes, the auction automatically extends by a few minutes (anti-snipe protection). When the auction ends, the highest bidder wins and both parties arrange delivery and payment directly.
Email us at alphacuetechnologies@gmail.com with the subject "Report Fraudulent Listing". Include the listing title, seller username, and a brief description of the issue. We investigate all reports and will act within 48 hours for urgent fraud cases.

The platform is primarily designed for users in Bangladesh. You can browse listings from anywhere in the world, but the marketplace, payment methods, and community features are optimised for the Bangladesh pigeon community. Payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are available in Bangladesh only.
First, try these steps: (1) Force-close and restart the app. (2) Check your internet connection. (3) Update the app to the latest version from the App Store / Play Store. If the problem persists, email us at alphacuetechnologies@gmail.com with your device model, operating system version, and a description of what happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.
